Warranty

SOTO stands behind their product. Should any product need to be replaced, please contact SOTO:

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or tampering. A fee will be assessed to repair the product with such damage. Please contact SOTO by email with the following information:

  • Name of product
  • Problem with product
  • Address to send replacement product

There will be a cost for repair if any of the following conditions occur, even if the product is under the warranty period:

  • Damage resulting from misuse or damage resulting from the repair or modification of the product.
  • Damage caused by dropping the product after purchase.
  • Damage caused by fire, earthquake, water, lightning, salt. Damage caused by any other natural disasters or pollutions.

SOTO makes every effort to ensure that each product that leaves the warehouse is in excellent condition. In the unlikely event that it is not, DO NOT attempt to repair the product. Contact SOTO at sotousainc@gmail.com to initiate a product replacement.
